We don't have a real privacy policy - the existing users didn't sign up under these terms, and because of that, these terms are only a guideline. We can't expect users to adhere to them until we've actually told each individual about them and received a confirmation back from each. But you can expect us to adhere to them, because we are being serious about this – we would never give out any personal information to anybody. Here are the broad terms you can count on.

On this page, the words "we", "us", etc. are used to refer to the users listed in TWikiAdminGroup.

Opinion

Content on this website, unless where specifically stated otherwise, is the personal opinion of the contributing author as a private individual, i.e. not acting in any capacity of his or her employer.

Rules

1. You don't need to give any details you don't want to. If you like, you can give fake information instead. But we kindly suggest that you use a username that people can recognize.
2. We protect your e-mail address from spam harvesters by adding the word %SPAMSTOP% in the address, like in webmaster@g-bNOSPAM.dk. If you click this e-mail link, you must manually remove the %SPAMSTOP% from the address before you send the mail, or else it won't arrive. Computers don't know this (they think your e-mail address really contains the characters %SPAMSTOP% ), and that's why your address is protected.
   • We're happy to note that our service provider is also very strict about how e-mail addresses can be used. They have a very clear policy about subscriptions and mailings to mailing lists.
3. We will never ever give out, rent, lease, share, sell or otherwise make available any information that is registered about you on this website, for any purpose or reason unless required to do so by law. This includes that we will never disclose the e-mail address of any recipient of any of our mailing lists, or any other user information associated with the e-mail address or user name.
   • The only exception to this is what's published in your own homepage (Yours is here: TWikiGuest? ), or what you yourself publish on this website; this will be freely available just like anything else on a normal website. Note that this is completely up to your own discretion; you never have to provide anything you don't want to share.
4. If anybody asks us directly about a particular user (you), we will not give a direct answer (except to legal authorities providing necessary authorization). We can forward the question to the email address that you have specified. If you did not leave us any means of contacting you, we will decide how to answer.
5. This website is entirely non-profit. We will never bill you in any way, for any reason. Also, we hate commercial banners, so we'll never show you any sponsored commercials, popup windows, or other such noise. But we may link to things we like, and so can you.
6. We will always be available to answer your questions about this policy within a reasonable period of time. Expect a response time anywhere from immediate to a few days; please remember that we are not an organization.
